I welcome people of all orientations, identities, and relationships structures. I work with issues around sexuality, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem and shame and acceptance. Life may feel like uncharted waters, if you are not sure of where you are, where you are going, or even where you want to be. Underlying these experiences may be feelings of not belonging, being broken, not worthy (of success, love, peace), or fear of being abandoned or left. Together we can explore what belonging and/or self-worth means and the kind of life you want to be living. Therapy can heal wounds, create more rewarding relationships (with self and others), help you to accept yourself, while appreciating that you are a constantly changing being.
