The Howard Area Community Center operates five core programs at seven locations in Rogers Park, including adult education, job search support, domestic violence support groups, a food pantry & emergency rent & utilities fund, HIV prevention and health education, individual risk reduction counseling custom-tailored to client needs, free lube & condoms, and dental care for Rogers Park residents.
