As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Korey believes we all have the capacity to develop in a positive direction if provided the right context for growth. A holistic practitioner with an empathic and acceptant approach, Korey integrates Eastern ways of being with Western ways of doing to create a therapeutic environment that energizes movement towards increased self-awareness, creativity, and life satisfaction.

Korey works with individuals and couples with a variety of emotional and interpersonal concerns and has a particular interest in deepening intimacy, reigniting passion and expanding sexual wellness. Korey’s attitude of acceptance towards the diversity of personal and sexual expression helps create an ideal context of trust, safety, and ultimately, promotion of growth.

Korey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. Korey received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 1996 as well as a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology in 1990. Korey has over twenty year of experience working with individuals, couples, and businesses as a psychotherapist, educator, and consultant. Korey currently teaches human sexuality at a local university and is working towards certification as a sex therapist.
