Point to Point is a harm reduction program working out of a vehicle in Kane County. We have pop up syringe exchanges on Saturdays and Sundays. All services are free and confidential. We can also do deliveries to people who do not have transportation. Point to Point also has access to community resources such as counseling, treatment, STI and HIV testing. We do everything with compassion at the forefront, just offering a safe space and love to injection drug users. |
