Condoms most frequently slip because:

  • The insertive partner does not have the condom rolled on all the way to the base
  • of his penis.
  • The insertive partner doesn’t hold on to the end of the condom at the base of his
  • penis while withdrawing.
  • The insertive partner’s penis is only semi erect or flaccid, or the insertive partner’s penis is small and/or thin, or flared.
